Pat Benton is Market President of First Community Bank. Mr. Benton specializes in providing customized banking and lending solutions to bank clients as part of an overall wealth management strategy. Pat has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Mr. Benton received his bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a specialization in banking from the University of Virginia Graduate School of Retail Bank Management. He holds the designation of Charter Financial Consultant (ChFC) in Financial Planning.

Mr. Benton is a past Chairman of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Naperville United Way, and formerly a director of Naperville CARES. Currently he services as a director of the Naperville Education Association.

Nicolas Holtz is a Vice President for First Community Bank responsible for Commercial Lending. Mr. Holtz received his bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and has spent the past 10 years working with business clients in the greater Chicago area to solve their financing and cash management needs.

Mr. Holtz has been involved with a variety of industry groups and civic organizations including the ESOP Association and The National Center for Employee Ownership.
